Delivery options

• Local delivery – we deliver fresh bouquets and arrangements ourselves, in Pruszków, the surrounding area and parts of Warsaw.
• Collection from our flower shop – free, at Pruszków railway station (Dworzec PKP Pruszków), ul. Sienkiewicza 2.
• Courier – wreaths, artificial and dried flowers are sent anywhere in Poland. Fresh bouquets are not sent by courier.

Local delivery – cost

The cost depends on the zone of the recipient’s postcode. Each zone has a minimum order value, and above a set amount delivery is free.

Local delivery – delivery time

• We deliver every day, Sundays included.
• You choose the day and time when ordering: all day, a time slot or from a chosen time – all at the same price.
• Same day at the earliest. Bouquets made from flowers we have in stock can be delivered within a few hours of ordering. Bouquets made from flowers bought specially for your order – from the next day or later.
• The earliest possible date is shown with every bouquet and at checkout once the recipient’s postcode is entered. You can choose a date up to 30 days ahead.

Collection from our flower shop

• Free, at Pruszków railway station (Dworzec PKP Pruszków), ul. Sienkiewicza 2.
• You choose the day and time of collection when ordering – the earliest possible time is shown at checkout.
• We will e-mail you when your order is ready.

Courier

• Wreaths, artificial and dried flowers are sent anywhere in Poland by DPD.
• Cost: 25 zł.
• Handling time: we dispatch within 1–2 working days of receiving payment.
• Transit time: usually 1–2 working days from dispatch.
• Total delivery time: usually 2–4 working days.

Payment

Pay online (Przelewy24: BLIK, instant bank transfer, card, Apple Pay, Google Pay; PayPal) or by standard bank transfer. Fresh bouquets must be paid in advance. Other products collected from our flower shop can be paid for on collection.

Returns

• Fresh bouquets and arrangements cannot be returned. They are perishable goods, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to them (Article 38(1)(4) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This does not affect complaints – see below.
• Arrangements made to your individual order cannot be returned either.
• Wreaths, artificial and dried flowers can be returned within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. E-mail us at [email protected], then send the product back or bring it to our flower shop within 14 days. You pay the cost of sending it back.
• We refund the payment, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your message, using the same payment method.

Complaints

If your bouquet arrived damaged or something is wrong with your order, e-mail [email protected] or call +48 790 586 323. Please include your order number and a photo. We respond within 14 days. If the complaint is justified, we will make and deliver a new bouquet or refund your money.
